BlockFit is a fitness app built by an independent developer. These terms are the agreement between you and BlockFit for using the app. They're written to be read, not to be skipped. By creating an account you're agreeing to them.
You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to a contract where you live. One account per person. Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
Everything you put into BlockFit belongs to you: your workouts, food logs, photos, posts, comments, and messages. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to show it to the people you've chosen to show it to. We don't sell it, and we don't use your progress photos for anything you didn't ask for. You can export everything from Settings, and deleting your account deletes it.
There is no tolerance on BlockFit for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that breaks the rules below is removed, and accounts that post it are terminated. We don't do warnings for the serious ones.

When we act on a report we may remove the content, restrict the account, or terminate it permanently. Accounts terminated for the conduct above are not reinstated, and we may remove content or end an account at our discretion where we judge it necessary to keep people safe.
BlockFit gives you training plans, calorie and macro targets, strength estimates, and an optional AI read on a progress photo. All of it is general fitness information produced by software, not medical advice, and it can be wrong. It is not a substitute for a doctor, a dietitian, or a coach. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. You train at your own risk.
BlockFit is free to use. BlockFit Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. We can't cancel it for you, and we don't process or ever see your payment details. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
The BlockFit app itself is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the terms that cover every app from the App Store. These terms sit alongside it.
The app is provided as it is. We work hard to keep your data safe and the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that the numbers it produces will be accurate for you. To the fullest extent the law allows, BlockFit isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. It's immediate and permanent. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and the community rules above are the ones we act on fastest.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use BlockFit after that means the new terms apply.
